Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling All items are packaged carefully and shipped first class. Airmail is used for customers outside of the UK, which can take up to 4 days for delivery after the shipment date.
Delivery Schedule All orders are dispatched within 7 days of your order, provided items are in stock. If items are not in stock we will contact you to discuss delivery timescales.
Tax Charges All products are charged inclusive of VAT

Returns Policy Madam Music will happily exchange/refund products within 15 days of delivery. The following conditions apply - Madam Music ensures that all products are checked carefully and shipped in first class condition, however, where goods are found to be faulty, Madam Music will happily exchange or refund them. CDs cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are faulty. Madam Music is happy to exchange T-shirts that do not fit.
